When work orders are being used in LeadSimple and the inbox, it would be very useful to change the process stage directly from the inbox.
For example:
1) Receive an invoice from a vendor → change the stage from “Waiting for Invoice” to the next stage.
2) Receive landlord approval to proceed with a repair → change the stage to “Dispatch Vendor.”
3) Receive an email from a vendor confirming they scheduled a tenant visit → change the stage to “Visit Booked.”
These are just a few scenarios, but I’m sure there are many others where this functionality would be helpful.
