Call forwarding should be prioritized as a feature, especially when LeadSimple is generally used by teams. Adding a phone number to the contacts list before we can even send them a text message for the first time feels inconvenient. It makes the contacts list even more convoluted with a bunch of "Unidentified Texter/Caller" names.
