From a user standpoint, it would be helpful if LeadSimple could better organize unknown or unidentified callers.
One suggestion is to automatically associate a number when a call comes in and assign it for follow-up.
Additionally, updating the phone settings to allow outbound calls without adding the caller as a contact would improve efficiency.
Currently, users must add unknown callers to contacts before calling back, which creates repetitive steps and clutters the contact dashboard. The goal is to streamline follow-up and maintain a more organized contact list.
