Improve Field Visibility and Highlighting in Task Instructions

When users follow task instructions and try to edit a field, the user interface often hides the field under the pop-up window header, making it difficult to locate where to enter information.
Current behavior:
Clicking a field from the instructions highlights it in green, which helps, but other related fields on the same record (contact, property, or process/pipeline) remain unhighlighted.
Users often click a field, enter data, save, then repeat for the next field—even if the fields are close together—slowing down task completion.
Requested improvement:
Ensure the field from the task instructions is fully visible and not hidden under headers.
Highlight all fields referenced in the task instructions on the same record, perhaps with a different shade of green or a high-opacity outline, so users can quickly enter all required information before saving.
Benefit:Streamlines data entry and speeds up task completion by reducing the number of clicks and saves required.
