It would be extremely useful to have fields that can automatically calculate values based on other fields (for example, one field multiplied by another), rather than having to rely on Zapier for every calculation or manually pull a calculator every time, which is inefficient and frustrating. This could cover a wide range of common use cases such as calculating HST, determining the rent increase and new total rent, calculate management fees as a percentage of rent collected, adding late fees to outstanding balances, or calculating vendor markups (e.g., cost plus 10%). Having these types of calculations built in would save time, reduce errors, and remove the need for external tools just to handle basic math.
