PROBLEM
Currently, once a task is assigned, there is no option to request a status update or flag past-due items directly within the platform. This forces our team to track follow-ups manually, outside of LeadSimple, which undermines accountability and creates risk. From a project and process management perspective, this makes the task feature almost unusable.
