Since the new inbox was rolled out, we lost the ability to select emails in bulk for assignment, resolution, or snoozing. Currently, we can only select emails one by one, which makes it very time-consuming to manage dozens of messages at once. This is a critical function for teams that assign and organize large volumes of incoming emails daily, and without it, the workflow becomes tedious and inefficient. Additional concerns with the new inbox: Subject visibility: The subject line is no longer bold, making it easy to lose within the preview text. This slows down scanning and prioritizing emails. Drafting notes: Notes now open in a pop-up window, which makes it hard to reference the email content when writing longer, context-based notes. Note button placement: The note option is hidden under the three-dots menu instead of being visible in the main view, adding extra clicks for a frequently used feature. Chat with Support button: The support chat button is no longer visible in the new inbox view, removing quick access to help when issues arise. Restoring bulk selection and improving the visibility and accessibility of subjects, notes, and support will make the inbox far more efficient and user-friendly for teams managing high email volume.
